Appeal Dropped Status (Faculty Appeals) Request Form

This form is meant for students who have been dropped from the College of Letters & Science for one year because their GPA has been below 2.000 for at least two terms. Students who wish to appeal their dropped status and be immediately readmitted to continue their studies should complete the form below.

Complete and submit this appeals request form by 11:59 pm on Thursday, May 26, 2022 for Spring 2022 appeals. When we receive this completed form, we will send you a link where you can submit your appeal materials. Upload your required appeals statement and optional supporting materials by 11:59 pm (CST), Thursday, June 2, 2022.
